One :Universal 3D casting welding table:
1. Flatness up to: 0.1/1000mm
2. The verticality between the side surface and the upper surface reaches: 0.1/200mm
3. The roughness of the working surface reaches: 16um
4 scale line specification: 100x100+0.05mm
5. Hole spacing: 100±0.03mm
6. Material: casting (HT250), the overall annealing heat treatment to eliminate internal stress
Place it for three to six months for natural aging treatment.
Supporting legs of the workbench: the load-bearing capacity of the standard type is 2T.

Two :Support angle iron
1. For casting HT300.
2. The flatness is 0.15/1000mm, and the verticality reaches 0.15/1000mm.
3. The position accuracy of each hole system does not exceed +0.05mm, and the size accuracy of the holes is P28D10.
4. The surface roughness of the working surface reaches Ra32

Three: Positioning angle ruler and positioning square ruler:
1. The material is 45# steel quenched and tempered, blackened
2. The flatness is 0.15/1000mm, and the verticality reaches 0.15/1000mm.
The position accuracy of each hole system on the supporting angle iron does not exceed +0.05mm, and the dimensional accuracy is P28D10

Four: quick locking pin:
1. Five steel balls must be used for positioning to ensure positioning accuracy
2. The material is 45# steel, quenched and tempered, and the dimensional accuracy of the lock pin is Φ28h7.

Five: Compression parts:
1. It is a round pipe connection with flexible operation and no shaking after clamping.The clamping force is 100Kg~500Kg.

Six: Technical requirements for related configuration accessories:
1. Overall heat treatment of clamping and positioning parts, non-working surface painting treatment
2. Each module can realize XYZ and angle direction adjustment, and the flatness of each positioning surface is <0.2/1000mm, and the verticality is < 0.15/1000mm, parallelism <0.2/1000mm
3. The surface roughness of the working plane of each module is 32pmu
